Artists who make up the group are Helene Adamson, Naomi Brinkhof, Joyce Butler, Sean Dzierla, Terry Gill, Tammy Gravina, Shelby Hodson, Elizabeth Louter and Bruce Tyner.
It is a space where artists, art enthusiasts and those who are art curious can work, visit, share and learn together under one roof - everything from the enjoyment, creation and purchase of art to the relaxing atmosphere of the cafe. Think of it literally as a relevant and useful part of our community’s daily life, offering surprise, discovery, empathy and transformation, a place to lounge, hang out, try new things, work and relax. Or all of this at once! Local residents and visitors can experience a new way to enjoy coffee, tea, art, music, drama and literature. We have a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment. _The Bohemian Cafe & Gallery launched its first Cafe & Gallery located in Bracebridge Ontario, at 75 Manitoba Street on March 4th 2011.
We opened with a Ribbon Cutting in the morning, followed by our Grand Opening Celebration Reception which had a great turnout!
Our Showcase Gallery Exhibition, 'Along Those Lines' featuring artists Terry Gill, Col Mitchell and Kristin Wright, ran until March 18th.
